Stay at llanerchydol hall: AN inspiring castle restoration project with beautiful rooms
Winter exclusive: February half-term offer-book 2 nights, receive 50% off on third night. Book 3 nights, and stay free on the 4th night.
Experience the enchantment of Llanerchydol Hall—a boutique retreat nestled within a grand, historic estate.
Llanerchydol Hall is not a hotel, so there is no bar or restaurant on-site ; the charming Raven Inn, serving a wide range of delicious food is just a scenic 20-minute stroll through Grade II* listed Repton-inspired parkland, or a quick 5-minute drive away.
A continental breakfast is available upon request.Set within 12 acres of grounds, the Hall invites guests to wander and soak in the beauty of its Japanese Garden and sweeping vistas. As night falls, gaze up at the pristine, star-filled skies—untouched by urban light—while the distant peaks of Snowdonia whisper adventure, just an hour’s drive away.History and nature intertwine here. Powis Castle lies a mere 10 minutes by car or a leisurely 40-minute walk. The grounds are home to majestic trees—towering Sequoias, graceful Cedars, and a Dawn Redwood once believed extinct until its rediscovery in the 1950s.In summer, listen for the nostalgic call of the steam train echoing through the valley as it passes Powis Castle. In winter, the hush is broken only by the haunting cry of owls.Let the architecture stir your imagination. Follow the footpaths of Glyndŵr’s Way or Offa’s Dyke. Above all, come to unwind. Breathe deeply. Let the stillness settle in. And reconnect—with nature, with history, and with yourself.
Our suites are thoughtfully equipped with a mini fridge and tea-making facilities for your comfort. Whilst Llanerchydol Hall remains a truly magnificent setting, it is currently undergoing restoration. You may notice signs of this work during your visit, though we trust it won’t detract from your experience.
We are deeply grateful for your stay. By choosing to spend time with us, you are actively supporting the preservation of a treasured piece of our national heritage.
Dogs are welcome in all suites except the Slate Suite, with an additional charge of £10 per dog, per night.

Ferris, April 2025:The place is amazing. Humongous stately home the rooms are massive. Grounds are wonderful sheep just roaming around try not to hit them. Stunning place really. In summer nice weather it's just beautiful. Furnishings are old style you know huge wardrobes. Wood floors. Massive rugs. The bathroom is modern though and the kettle and mini fridge. Its just got a bit of everything and a great mix for a getaway if you like a place with character.
