Stay at llanerchydol hall
Llanerchydol Hall offers unique boutique accommodation in a magnificent, historical setting, with an optional continental breakfast.
As we are not a hotel, there is no bar or restaurant onsite; the Raven Inn is a mere 20 minute walk through delightful Grade II* listed parkland, or a 5 minute drive. The hall itself retains 12 acres of grounds which include a Japanese Garden. Anyone staying at the Hall is welcome to walk in the grounds and enjoy the breath-taking views. There are spectacular night skies here, unspoilt by pollution, whilst the Snowdonia mountains beckon, an hour's drive away. Specimen trees abound here-Sequoias, Cedars and a Dawn Redwood which was thought to be extinct until it's rediscovery in the 1950s. In the summer, you can hear the steam train on its way, up the valley, hooting at Powis Castle. In the winter, it is the owl’s domain.
Be inspired by the architecture. Walk Glyndwr's Way/Offa's Dyke. Come and relax here. Breathe in the calm and still. Commune with nature.
All suites have a mini fridge and tea-making facilities. To set expectations: the hall is a work in progress, and there will be evidence of this during your stay ; this should not impact on your enjoyment. We wholeheartedly thank you for staying with us. By doing so, you help to preserve an important part of our national heritage, and enable us to continue with the restoration of Llanerchydol Hall.
Dogs are welcome in all suites other than the Slate Suite at an additional fee of £10 per stay. Please email bookings@llanerchydolhall.com for all availability enquiries.
